The Sports Director
Acts as a link between the technical and executive management, and is responsible for formulating long-term development plans for the sports system.
His responsibilities include:
Designing Jordanian player development programs according to European standards.
Coordinating with affiliated clubs in England and Scotland (Levant FC and Alba United FC).
Overseeing player selection processes and preparing them technically and physically for transfers to European leagues.
Building cooperative relationships with foreign clubs and federations.
